Developing software tools is a painful, lengthy and error-prone process. Therefore, I would like to ask all users, downloaders and persons interested to respect my copyright claim on all  routines provides on this site. You are all free to use, change and modify the routines for noncommercial activities only. In case that you want to implement it into commercial applications, please contact me about eventual license rights or other discussions.

For all noncommercial users: I do not give warranties or guarantees on my routines or packages. However, all of them went through careful testing, since I designed those for my research. I am pretty sure that this testing will not save me completely from bugs or inefficiencies in the design of algorithms. Hence, if you find bugs, or if you come up with some ideas for more efficient implementations, I would kindly ask you to share this information with me.
